Full Home Remodel Project
FRS Construction completed a full home remodel for a house that had been trashed and not occupied for years. In a situation where a house has not been occupied for years, getting the home up to code becomes a big part of the home remodel.
Getting this home back up to code started with rewiring the electrical, replacing plumbing and HVAC throughout the entire home. Once the electrical, plumbing and HVAC had been removed and replaced, we began gutting all the rooms, opening the kitchen wall and tearing down the old back porch staircase.
Once all the rooms were gutted we could begin installing the new material selections; vanity, tub/shower, toilet, cabinets, countertops, sinks and appliances. We were able to save the floors by refinishing them.
Last was painting the exterior hardie board, building the new outside wrap around deck, cleaning window frames and installing new lighting. All this helped this home look brand new. A full home remodel project complete.
