We have enlisted the aid of 1st restoration’s services on two occasions. The first mess was a kitchen leak and Dawson responded. As with the second mess we encountered, the service was prompt, thorough, and completed in a timely manner. Our second semi- disaster was a leak in our downstairs laundry room. Ryan responded and brought with him industrial strength drying equipment. After Ryan and team tore up the laundry room and allowed it to dry. Daniel was tasked with arranging for the repairs. After a bad rainstorm one night we noticed water within the interior portion of our garage. After a week or so of drying out we noticed black mold. We made the call to First Restoration based off a recommendation from a friend. Dawson was assigned to our water damage/mold issue. He was extremely professional and his response time was unlike anything I’ve experienced. From the time we placed the call to visiting our home was just a few hours. He inspected the damage and then laid out the next steps for the project. The project was finished in less than 24 hours.
