Post Construction Cleaning

Are you a general contractor and need a post construction cleaner? Or maybe you are a homeowner and had a recent home renovation done by your contractor and now have dust in your house from all the work being done and need a post construction cleaning. Dust and air pollutants get everywhere and a post construction cleaning is a very detailed process. You have to clean above the cabinets, inside the drawers, underneath the cabinets, underneath furniture, switch plates and every square inch where the work was done. Hopefully your contractor used containment to control the spread of dust. If not, adjacent rooms could be affected and also need to be cleaned.

If you are a contractor and need a post construction cleaner, FRS Cleaning completes the job right the first time. You won’t need to send us back to the job site because it wasn’t cleaned right the first time.
