40 Point Standard Cleaning Checklist

Kitchen

  • Appliance exteriors cleaned (range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher)
  • Microwave exterior/interior cleaned
  • Tables and chairs cleaned
  • Counter tops and backsplash disinfected (all items removed and replaced)
  • Cabinet doors cleaned
  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
  • Floor vacuumed and/or washed
  • Windowsills cleaned
  • Chrome fixtures cleaned
  • Trash emptied (to homeowners receptacle)
  • Stainless steel appliances cleaned & fingerprints removed

Bathroom

  • Tub and shower tiles cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
  • Toilets disinfected insides and out
  • Chrome fixtures cleaned
  • Countertops disinfected (all items removed and replaced)
  • Cabinet doors cleaned
  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
  • Floors vacuumed and/or washed
  • Windowsills cleaned
  • Trash emptied (to homeowners receptacle)
  • Mirrors cleaned

Bedroom

  • Beds made
  • Lamps wiped down & lampshades dusted
  • Picture frames dusted
  • Furniture lightly dusted - exposed surfaces
  • Floors vacuumed and/or washed
  • Windowsills cleaned
  • Trash emptied (to homeowners receptacle)
  • Mirrors cleaned

Other Living Areas

  • Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
  • Ceiling fans dusted (up to 9ft)
  • Lamps wiped down & lampshades dusted
  • Picture frames dusted
  • Furniture lightly dusted – exposed surfaces
  • Hardwood floors vacuumed and/or mopped
  • Tile floors vacuumed and/or washed
